Our first-floor bedroom is great for those who do not want to climb stairs. This queen-sized bed has the perfect plush mattress. The morning sun makes the room look gold. The bedroom opens onto a large, bright sitting area that also has a pull-out couch.

The downstairs bathroom is huge and also handicap-accessible. The Gold Room is perfect for grandparents or others who might not be able to climb stairs but can still have access to the whole house. The French doors in the family room open onto a nice patio. This is a great room for all.
