What is the maximum number of guests allowed for an event? The maximum number of guests for an event is 75, indoors or outdoors. Please note that capacity may vary depending on your desired setup. For events larger than 50 people, we ask that you rent Executive Port-A-Potties.
How many guests will be allowed to stay at the house? The maximum number of people that can stay overnight at the house is 25 adults. If more than this, please get in touch with us. Please see our accommodations and gallery pages for more information on the number of beds and bedrooms.
What time must my event finish? All music must stop at 9 PM. Inside the house, your event can end at 11 PM, but loud music must be terminated by 9 PM.
Do you provide tables and chairs? At this time, we do not provide tables and chair setups, but we can put you in touch with our rental company. Of course, you may use your own.
My vendor is not listed on your preferred vendors list. Can I still use them? Yes. This is your event, and we would love to help you make your stay extra special. Our preferred vendors list is provided for your convenience. However, we require that any new vendor be pre-approved by providing adequate proof of insurance.
What happens if it rains? The beauty of home is that, come rain or shine, we can accommodate your wedding inside or out.
Is parking available? Yes. We have parking for 25-30 cars on-site.
Is my date available? Our calendar is up to date. Reservations come on a first-come, first-served basis. Check out our calendar under our Accommodations Page.
Can we hold additional events on the weekend? You may hold the rehearsal dinner or Sunday brunch at our home for an additional cost.
Are pets allowed? Yes. We charge a $100 pet fee for one pet. Additional pets are welcome for an added cost.
What time can I gain access to the property? Check-in is at 4 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. We have a three-night minimum for large parties.
Can we have a tour of the house? Due to high demand, we are no longer offering tours of the house and grounds. Tours may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How much is it to have a wedding at the house? Our wedding packages range from $11,000 to $20,000, depending on the season and the number of guests. Please note that our wedding package is for your accommodations and use of the property. Typically, wedding parties have a budget of $20,000-$50,000 to cover all associated wedding costs.
